at the moment, the french are chasing threats across france during the papal visit, with more concrete evidence of a threat than what is said to have been available before oct 7 and have foiled several incidents but none of which appear to be related.

ironically: the only potential risk real appears to have popped up in the uk.... which says something about the uk and their desire to always be involved in something if they can't get enough attention.
