Yep, that'll do it.
Your server version is very old. The server's API endpoints have been updated since your version to improve security. The Roku client now uses the current API endpoints instead of the deprecated ones it was using previously.
That's why it's not working for you. It's calling API URLs your server doesn't have.
Updating to the latest server version will resolve your issue.
