yeah, sorry @Seth I was unable to implement nip29 for relay.tools.. It's somewhat of an unfortunate fork in nostr imho that added so much complication to the backend I just could not justify adding it yet.. I was also waiting to see if "it takes off", which it did not seem to. The stickyness of users frequenting group clients was just not there due to manybugs and lack of native clients/notifications.
I believe some nip29 clients can still use 'normal' relays but the moderation and basically everything is not supported.
I still think relay feeds as groups themselves, are super nice and accomplish much of what we want in a nip29 group. So that has remained my focus (relay centric clients like jumble, relaytools-android, yakihonne)
