It does something to your gut...some kind of damage, sometimes permanent. Ozempic is supposed to be for people with diabetes that are overweight and can't lose weight, but celebrities and the rich started using it off label as a diet fad tool.

Sharon Osbourne has come out saying she knows she lost too much weight but that she can no longer gain weight after using Ozempic.

I'm not sure if Ozempic only has effects like that on people that are using it off label, or if it happens to people with diabetes too.
