UEFA has fined Red Star Belgrade €95,500 for displaying a mosaic of Saint Simeon with the words "Let our faith lead you to victory" during a match.
UEFA called it "inappropriate for a sporting event" that "undermines the reputation and integrity of football."
UEFA still thinks it's appropriate to let Israel play in the competition because that doesn't undermine the reputation and integrity of football.
