⚡️👀 NEW - X has updated its rate limits for unverified accounts:
- Unverified accounts (non-Premium) are now limited to 50 original posts and 200 replies per day.
- Direct messages are capped at 500 per day.
- There is also a technical follow limit of around 400 accounts per day.
- Once an account reaches 5,000 followed accounts, further following is restricted based on account-specific ratios.
These changes are designed to reduce spam, bots, and abusive behavior on the platform.
(As a reminder, there are no such limits on Nostr)
