"They" (Bankers) have to in order to bring in their new CBDC system. At that point they will be rug pulled and the people will head onto another financial path. The trick is to plan that path ahead of time directly under their noses.
This isn't going to be easy.
In all honesty the markets will probably follow a more dramatic pattern than the dry run of 2007-2008. Ben (Fed Chair) lied to us about how good the markets were doing only to cut the rates and push the market over. We didn't forget.
