Hard disagree. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you is the rule that encapsulates divine Law. It's entirely rules-based and rooted in true metaphysics and logic. According to Jesus, everything explicated by Him and by the Prophets he studied follows from the Golden Rule. Christian ethics has a lot to do with relationships, but to say it is not centered on rules, I think, is erroneous. It is all about rules. Jesus also, in saying this, implies that "Thou shalt not murder," "Thou shalt not steal," et c., are implied by his ethical prescription, and consequently the radical and extreme rules-oriented stance that hardcore principles ancaps take on the NAP is necessarily correct.
