I just don't see how it'll ever really stand up since art doesn't hurt anyone and it massively infringes on free speech. Like I've always said if I draw a stick figure and label it Mohammed no one cares, it's only when you're actually good at art that people get mad, and that hypocrisy is pretty easy to show in debate/arguments.
