On day 22 of the Animal Based diet, basically meat and fruit. Loving it, especially now that I got my Omega slow juicer! Water melon juice to work tomorrow too… The local grass-fed 15% fat ground beef, I took 4 balls into oven at 100C, with a Meater bluetooth stick, I took them out when inside was 50C. Fried in beef tallow and with bacon. Incredible.
