Pros - On/off ramping no longer required. In a world of continuously increasing capital control, this is a good thing.
Cons - USDT/USDC are at best digital FIAT, they are going to zero vs BTC, however, this will slow down a bit orange pilling the early majority. IMO we need another 3-4 cycles for this to happen.
Neutral - Bitcoin doesn’t care, it’s governed by maths not by politicians nor by billionaires.
