All wealthy people have residences in at least 2 countries that give them legal status in multiple countries. One needs Global Protection now.
It's called Plan B Passports or Golden Visas or Investment Citizenship or The Golden Card in USA. So I believe what they were saying is correct. Thailand, Singapore, Dubai, etc would be options.
