DAY 14 Felt a little stressed &lost today, not that bad but a little. Feel like I’m treading water, want to feel more like swimming. It’s a pretty intense course with a steep learning curve. More cinnamon rolls today &it went better than last time but far from great. Didn’t have time to bake them today, which I knew what they looked like when they are done. Tomorrow we have a meeting to discuss how things are going for me… I need some reassurance that I’m doing ok #BakerySchool #baking
