Anyone able to offer some moral support for crippling anxiety? I don't know what is up this week, but my anxiety (and heart rate) have really shot up. I'm stuggling to do anything. I keep thinking about all the things that need doing, seeing little things around the house that are out of place, or need fixing or doing... 😞
