Sixteen children, ranging from 18 months to 18 years old, were rescued from an Ohio home reportedly filled with human feces and filth.
Seven children were hospitalized, including two who were airlifted. Authorities said some of the children reportedly couldn’t speak.
Four adults have been arrested.
