I've started using "IQism" as a way to sum it up nicely. Drives the point home with minimal explanation. But yeah, people still have to do the work of understanding why treating disability as inferiority is problematic, in general.
Every person has value. Every life has value. We all matter, no matter what we can or can't do. What we can do only matters because of the human beings we can do it for, not the other way around. Only the choice to willfully harm or belittle our fellow human beings can detract from the value intrinsic to being a person.
