12.1 Data we process. We collect necessary data to operate the Platform and comply with KYC/AML: name, email, phone, identity documents, addresses, transactional information and technical usage data.

12.2 Purposes. Create and maintain your account, provide services, fulfill legal obligations, prevent fraud, provide support and improve experience (including aggregated/anonymized analysis).

12.3 Third parties. We may share data with providers participating in service delivery (issuer/processor, KYC/AML, payments, blockchain, support) and with authorities when legally required.
