Kind of want to do an experiment here.
Being able to make your own decisions is basically the definition of autonomy and I value my autonomy, but for…
Daily/tedious decisions like:
-what should I eat for lunch
-should I go for a walk or do laundry
-should I work more on a project or relax today
I get tired of. I feel like there’s two of me (wise noshole and wildcard Noshole) that are constantly battling in my brain. When wildcard Noshole wins, nothing important gets done, but there’s usually some sort of chaotic fun. A
Anyways, I’m curious to know what it is like to have a different perspective and different decision making.
So, you know those text-based games that change based on your selections are like,
“There’s a knock at the door”
You can:
A.) answer door
B.) don’t answer door
C.) burn the whole house down
?
What if I tried that here, but with my real life and real (insignificant and monotonous) daily decisions?
I guess I’m just interested in how people think differently and how that changes outcomes.
