Science types out there... I'm sure I have seen a demonstration of the poor tensile strength of concrete where you hit one side of a concrete block with a hammer and then a chip falls off the other end because that's where the reflected wave is first in tension. But I can't find a video of this online. Have I made this up? Does anyone know where I might find a video of this if not? Obviously google etc isn't getting me very far. Any ideas?
