This is incorrect. The salary is something between the owners, the boards and the CEO. But, that being said... how the salary affects potential customers of the company is _definitely_ a component to consider when setting the CEO salary.
Having met and done business with CEO:s, I have to say that the bigger the company the more "psycho" they are.
I also think that Musks 1 trillion compensation package is ridiculous. I will buy starbucks coffee if no option is available, but due to
