My experience with Ledger:
- data breach of customer emails that’s responsible for 95% of the phishing emails I now receive
- fat fingered roll out of a seed recovery service that led users to believe that their device can get backdoored by authorities
- battery issues with the Nano S and X that prevent recharging without a workaround
- sudden end of support for Nano S and flippantly telling users they’ll have to upgrade their device to a newer model.
That company will never see another dime from me.
