the floor press?!? Nah, this is a garbage exercise unless you want to focus solely on front delts. Way less range of motion that a traditional bench - you can't drop your elbows below your ribs, how could it possibly have more ROM?

If you really want good ROM for bench, go with dumbbells and bring them as low as you can, to shoulder level is possible.
