In my old job I was so used to just doing most tasks myself because people took forever to get their shit done and I’m absolutely one of those “it’s just easier if I do it” types. As a result I was this marvel of productivity that was great for my CV but inevitably just burned me out. Now I work with people who almost over-collaborate so it bogs everything down and shit takes 5 times as long to do. I’ve tried to go with the flow but it’s driving me a little nuts.
