There is an interesting case in the US where the Copyright Office claims that only works made by humans are a subject of copyright protection. AFAIK I can give it any license I want (the service doesn't have a limit on this) with some probability that courts will eventually rule that the licenses are ineffective and it's ,in fact, public domain.
