If I observe someone being loose with another's personal information, it can tell me a lot about how they'd treat mine.
I'd also wonder about their motives.
Was it an accident, ignorance, virtue inspired, fear driven or ego driven?
I'd try to refrain from expressing judgement unless I was personally effected in some way.
It doesn't mean I wouldn't fire off some ill thought out reply to something I know little about, but I do my best not to.
