Yes, the light is so reflective off of the snow and the skies are a very dark blue in the winter.
Today, I walked through the entire downtown area of local town--- "urban hiking". Yesterday, I took a long hike through a nearby forest-- one that winds through meadows, lakes, and several forested areas. It was a beautiful winter wonderland! (I showed an image of it in today's "silent Sunday").
