It sounds even better now, after this many years, now that I can actually relate with the lyrics. I'm getting "old" (only in my twenties but still lol) I guess.
I know, for most people I hear talking about music, only the songs of 80s and 90s are good, but I draw the line in 2018-2019. Even songs in those years were much better than 2020s music for the most part. New music in the past few years all sound the same to me (with a few exceptions, but there are fewer and fewer exceptions as years pass, I ended up listening to new songs from only 2 artists, but even one of them has pretty mediocre music this year). Or maybe I'm just getting old, "boomership" kicks in, idk lol
But also, I miss those times when life was much easier... "Those were the days", as the linked song says. I actually start to understand the older generation saying things used to be much better
