Yeah I can see how being on the road would make that difficult.
I was unaware there was any other way to clean rust off a cast iron skillet, until you mentioned it above. Electrolysis doesn't fuck with the pan in any other way? Only the rust will be pulled off, right?
I have a cast iron cornbread skillet that really needs a restoration. Maybe I'll try the electrolysis method.
