Good morning, #nostriches!
The sun is coming up. Tea is steeping. I woke up under a wool blanket staving off the deliciously refreshing chill from the windows being open all night. I've recorded the lowest weight I've been in probably most of a decade. I have a few things to do today that I'd rather not have to do but are necessary. I have other things I want to do that may not be necessary but will be good for my entire being.
Whatever you do today, make progress on something, even if it's just a tiny bit, that will last longer than your expected life span.
