Micah C. Miracle on Nostr: I dreamt I was coming out of my body one night. I was in my living room (in my dream) ...
I dreamt I was coming out of my body one night.
I was in my living room (in my dream) and I was talking with my wife. My cat was also there, which for whatever reason I took as a sign that the time was right for this.
To clarify, in my dream, I wanted to come out of body.
I was scared, as I always am, but the cat's presence was a comfort to me.
And then I felt it. It was if a wave of intoxication from a powerful drug hit me.
I felt myself sinking. I was standing with my back against a wall and I used it to brace myself before falling. I thought I would literally fall from my body.
I said to my wife (who for whatever reason was fully aware of my intention and coming along for the ride), "here it comes."
But just before I left my body, I noticed that she had gone still, as had the cat. They were suddenly static images of themselves, caught in a moment of time, rather than real-life companions.
This frightened me. Fear, as you may know, is a huge block to these experiences, at least for me.
I woke up almost immediately.
I realized shortly after that you cannot take anyone with you when you venture into these situations.
I wish I wasn't such a pussy. I lnow I have great spiritual abilities, but I often fail when on the precipice of realizing them.
Gm Nostr.
