I'm sure this is going to turn into a "he was in a position of power" thing...
Are people equal or are they not? Are people free to leave and find another job? I knew a manager who fell for a guy as he was in the midst of a divorce .. which was against company policy ... and they eventually just promoted him to a management position and the situation kinda solved itself.
