SCOTUS adopts new rules of procedure:
1. Judicial robes at SCOTUS will no longer be black, they will be purple.
2. Upon entering, every person not carrying a write of forbearance will be required to bow and kiss the ring of each justice. Writs of forbearance may be purchased at a new kiosk to be established on the court steps.
3. Crosses must be worn visibly.
4. Cases will be heard only after "donations" are received and counted.
