Implicitly excluding HWWs, I was referring to general purpose computers for an air gapped device running FOSS.
Purpose built HWW are generally a bad idea imo because of all the juicyness and attack vectors and should only be considered a good security trade off when built yourself with anonymously sourced parts and running open sourced code.
