Why do you care about seeing a number go up that only indicates a supposed number of impressions on a post?

First, to my knowledge, there isn't an equivalent in the realm of ActivityPub either.

Second, That indicator (and possibly a reason why for the removal of it...) is a dark manipulative system that gives the wrong impression about how much pull a post has, by presenting by far the least important metric for a post's value.

Third, i know for certain that the metric is meaningless as I have posts I've created that have very low counts on Amethyst for views, but the drop down metrics paint a much different picture about all interactions (replies, favorites, boosts, & zaps) that wholeheartedly show that there is growth over the course of a week.
