I'm like this too and I've been thinking about it a lot lately. Sort of doubting my whole cognition. And the value of reading or watching things which I won't remember without taking notes. Is the value simply the experience of it in the moment? To what extent is it detrimental not to remember? Is something wrong with me? etc
