I think Powell will announce no change today. Trump will scold him and accuse him of sabotaging his great brilliant initiatives. But let's be honest - if it weren't for his chaotic policies, these idiotic tariffs on the trade balance, not all these stupid trade wars and real wars involving the US, the fed would have lowered the rate a long time ago.
