I need some advice from the vegan community.
Can anyone recommend a book (cookbook or otherwise) on vegan cooking for someone with a severe (anaphyactic) mushroom allergy?
The first few sites I've looked at read as though thy were written by AI with such "helpful" advice as (paraphrasing):
1. Try different types of mushrooms (raw or cooked) to see which kinds won't kill you.
2. Get creative!
3. Figure it out!
