Can you provide sources for such claims? It's extremely common for people to twist the words of political adversaries, just like it seems to have happened with the "stoning gay people" thing.
Unless you provide a source and I check out what he actually said and in what context, I have to disregard the accusations.
I hate it when people twist my words or the words of people I support and agree with (e.g. JK Rowling) so I would be hypocritical if I let it slide when it's done to people I disagree with (esp. someone who literally got murdered).
