Hey mate, you are welcome. It protects your Nostr private key the same way you would your BTC private key, in a hardware wallet. Hash in, signed hash out.
You can view and accept or decline the message being parsed. Or set to automatically sign.
On Nostr our keys are not rented from a platform. The keys are ours (or should be) so you are only as sovereign as the key is safe.
The signers job is to make protecting it and using it the same thing , not a trade off.
