If it doesn’t find a local wallet, the user is prompted to sign in. I tried backing up and restoring across 3 different desktop browsers and my phone just now and had no problems. I also updated the app to add a longer relay timeout in the beginning, and to display a message that the wallet was restored. Thanks for testing!
