Not sure what your point is, I would rather have biometrics than nothing at all, one point of failure is better than none. Also, WoS has custodial and non custodial, you can switch between them whenever you want to.
But that’s just for lightning and you don’t keep anything more in your lighting wallet than you can afford to lose. I use lightning for zaps, paying for my VPN and Nostr client, the rest is stored on chain.
