oh yeah I'm very open to Voightlander glass. I was looking for a 35 mm color skopar when I fell into an amazing deal on a 7 Artisan f/2 (it's actually been a good lens for me). But it didn't occur to me to look at 40mm at all so the Heliar never came up. It's fantastically compact for not being collapsible.
Rom, how do you get on with the 40 mm lens and the 50 mm frame lines? Is it essentially the entire view finder field of view? I really like the 40mm field of view on my Canonet QL Giii.
Thanks for the recommendation on this and fountain of knowledge, I need to figure out how to tell what's the new LTMs that are not prone to hazing.
