This is important. There is a clear-cut case of a federal judge abusing his power to subvert the law. If the Senate cannot impeach and remove Boasberg - then judicial power is unchecked. (Don’t hold your breath btw…)

It is a violation of federal law (2 U.S.C. 6628) to prevent data carriers from informing the Senate of collection of its data. Boasberg wrote an illegal order to ban the Senate from being informed, because that same law REQUIRES federal courts to quash the data collection upon a motion by the U.S. Senate to do so.
