One way of measuring whether Brazilians have embraced a social media is to see which links are sharing memes.
There has certainly been a massive uptake in Bluesky links and screenshots being shared since x was blocked. Have journalists also started embedding Bluesky content in their stories? I haven't seen it yet, but it must be a matter of days.
