Can you explain a bit more about how you say Primal changes user notes?

I did a test just now, publishing an image that was uploaded to nostr.build (npub1nxy…avr7) but pasting the URL into a note on Primal.

When I viewed the source of the published note, Primal had not changed the location of my image.

Help me understand what the problem is.
