A former resident of a youth holding facility in New Hampshire testified against a staffer who allegedly raped her, describing him as a 'Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde' who showed a dual personality. The staffer, Victor Malavet, faces 12 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against Natasha Maunsell, who was 15 and 16 when she was held at the facility in 2001. Maunsell testified that she felt a mix of excitement and fear when Malavet picked her to help retrieve candy for other residents and then raped her in a storage closet.
