Hi, I'm in France and I've ordered a Lenovo laptop with a pre-installed Windows licence (I couldn't get this model without the Windows license on their website). I've tried to call customer support to get it refunded but they refused.

Can I get some help? I'm not sure what to do next.

Should I translate and send the refund form on https://en.refund4freedom.org/refund/ straight away or should I try something else first?
