Interesting, do you connect more generally to those or specific concepts about/within them? Like in connecting with the earth do you connect to specific beings or a particular chakra beneath the feet? Most of what I’ve done is to focus on a specific concept I’ve learned like the warmth ether (in which rose light exists) with my pendulum until I’ve a decent connection. Then I intuitively develop processes with whatever concept seems to fit the goal. Like clearing toxicity with green energy and then healing the damage with the rose light.
