Oop, looks like the White River levee in Pacific (south of Auburn, north of Puyallup) failed last night, this time with actual flooding. It really does feel like it's time that this state poured money into updating the levee system. It's not like we didn't know this kind of rain was coming - this winter was forecast to be warmer and wetter.
