I heard part of an interview with someone who is a spokesperson for "an advocacy group for local landlords" explaining why mandatory fees on top of rent are Good Actually.
What I want to know is how you end up in this job. Do you wake up one morning and say to yourself "I want to conduct an experiment on just how massive of a tool it's possible for a human to be?"
